START programme

Taking the first step into fitness.

It can take a huge step to join a gym. You finally take the plunge... you sign up, pay your membership, walk in and ready to go... and suddenly everything feels so overwhelming.
 You're not sure what to do, where to start, or how anything works.  You end up feeling lost, embarrassed and unsure if you'll ever go back. Meanwhile that membership is going to waist.

 Sound familiar?

I created this programme for them exact reasons. START was the first ever programme I designed because I wanted to help people learn how to exercise with confidence, understand exactly what they're doing do and why, and to discover the type of exercise they enjoy.

This program is for anyone taking their first step into fitness, whether you're completely new, returning after a long break, or someone who dips in and out and wants to re build from the basics. I'll guide you the whole way.

START focuses on learning how to exercise properly and safely. We begin with bodyweight movements to build a strong foundation, then progress into using different types of equipment and free weights. each week you will follow a structured, progressive plan that helps you develop skills, strength and confidence. 

By the end of the programme, you will feel confident in your ability to exercise independently. You'll  leave with knowledge you can use for life, new habits, a routine that works for you, and a real understanding of how exercise can support both your physical and mental wellbeing. 

The best investment you can make is in yourself. 

FITTER & STRONGEr programme

Reach for your goals!

If you are someone who has exercised before but feel you're lacking the knowledge, structure or motivation to become fitter and stronger then this is the programme for you. FITTER & STRONGER was the second program I created designed to help people push their potential and achieve the goals they have always aimed for.

 

I would recommend this programme for those who already have some exercise experience, or for anyone progressing on from my START programme.

This programme focuses on resistance training and metabolic conditioning, progressing week by week, to help you build lean muscle, reduce body fat, and improve overall fitness.

 

By the end of the programme, you will have improved strength, higher fitness levels, and the confidence and skills to continue progressing for life.

Its never to late to move your body!

MOVE is my strength and aerobic programme to help you stay active, strong and independent as you age -- supporting your health, mobility and longevity. 

As we age bone density and muscle mass naturally decrease. This age-related muscle loss, called sarcopenia, can lead to weakness, reduced mobility, new aches and pains, lower energy and a higher risk of injury.

 

Regular physical activity is essential to maintain strength, mobility and independence, while also supporting mental and emotional wellbeing. But if you haven't exercised in a while it can feel daunting to get started. 

MOVE combines gentle, progressive strength training with aerobic exercise. Strength training helps maintain muscle, supportbone density, improve balance and coordination and reduce the risk of falls. Aerobic exercise boosts cardiovascular health, keeps you energetic, and helps you stay active for life.

With MOVE , you will gain confidence in your movement, improve your strength and fitness, and enjoy the benefits of a healthier more independent lifestyle.
